“Klare Empfehlung mit tollem Ausblick!”
Liked: Apartment mit wirklich großartigen Ausblick, blitzsauber und sehr schnelle Reaktionen auf alle Nachfragen von Alena (sie ist sehr bemüht) Wir können die hier teilweise notierten Beschwerden bzgl. des Straßenlärms nicht bestätigen, natürlich ist es schwierig in einem Apartment das ab einer Straße liegt mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, sind diese aber geschlossen stören die Geräusche unseren Erachtens nach überhaupt nicht.

Liked: As I already told the host - once you reach the flat, the view makes you forget the luggage, stairs, crying babies on the plane, etc:) The host is truly an amazing person who helps you with local hints and makes your stay so pleasant. I’m feeling a bit sceptical to leave positive reviews cuz next year imma have a difficult time to book it The cleanliness of the flat is 100%

“Exzellenter Aufenthalt in schönem Ambiente”
Liked: Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Bad mit Tageslicht chic und groß. Sehr schönes Parkett. Wunderbarer Blick auf den See. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nah an Como und gut angebunden auch an der Küste entlang Richtung Bellagio.
Disliked: Das Treppenhaus und der Innenhof schmälern die wunderbare Optik des Apartments etwas, stören aber nicht. Treppensteigen mit Gepäck ohne Lift ist sportlich. Einzig das Parken am späten Abend kann herausfordernd sein. Dabei kann Alena jedoch sehr gut helfen.

“Great Stay in a wonderful place,”
Liked: Elena is a great host and was waiting in front of the property to welcome us. Very clean (new) apartment in a older building. Grocery shop at 100m distance with very helpful and friendly people. Apartment has wonderful front view of Lake Como with a great view for sunset. Bus stop in front of the building and ferry terminal 10min walk for the location.
