“Never come back. Will do my best to spare guests to come here”
Liked: Nothing. This is a 10yr old hotel but it looks like have 40. Zero maintenance. Dirty. Dump carpets in room due to shower flooding. Rusted levers on doors and furniture. Balcony doors jammed, don’t close… and on and on
Disliked: Besides the above: breakfast room w/tables crowded. Coffee machines not working. Long lanes on eggs station. Gym is a joke. 3 treadmills, 1 bicycle and 1 nautilus. That was it for a 120 room hotel Pool area: 12x14 ft with 5 lounge chairs and no tables. A 16x16ft pool, a jacuzzi and thats it. Ridiculously small

“The worst ever”
Liked: Some of the staff. Lucas, Valdeci at reception very helpful and Jeanette the housekeeping lady at 9th floor was outstanding.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. This place is a joke. Zero maintenance, noisy… bathroom shower flooded room. Electric panel w/o cover in closet a e-shock hazard. Should not even be listed on Booking.com!

“Unsanitary Conditions and Damaged Room –”
Unfortunately, the condition of the room assigned to me was completely unacceptable and failed to meet basic health, safety, and sanitary standards. Specifically, I encountered the following severe issues:Insect Infestation: There were live insects present directly inside and around the bed, posing a serious health and hygiene risk.Bathroom Mold: The bathroom had extensive mold growth, creating an unsanitary environment and a respiratory hazard.Broken Furniture: The bed frame/structure was physically broken, making it impossible to sleep safely and comfortably.

“Excellent location.”
The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, with a market nearby in the morning and a music festival in the evening. The check-in efficiency at 6 PM is relatively low, possibly due to shift changes? It's worth mentioning that the front desk staff on duty on the evening of the 8th was very friendly and actively communicated to solve problems. The facilities in the room are outdated, with the cabinet hardware shaky and the faucet rusty. There was even a half-eaten chocolate that had been unwrapped on the bar. The breakfast variety is rich, and the environment is acceptable, but the flies on the fruit are disgusting.
