“Above average”
Mold growing on walls and in sink, Location was fine during the day but at night was met by growling and barking dog between myself and the entrance. Bed was absolutely horrible, hard as a rock and topped with plastic, I had a better sleep in the economy airplane seats. It does have AC

“Acceptable”
This is probably the worst place I stayed at while traveling in Vietnam. After arriving I asked the front desk guy for a blanket. He didn’t speak English and my English isn’t great either, so we used a translation app. I asked for a blanket and he told me I could use the bath towel under the towel — I was shocked. Maybe Vietnam’s climate or culture is like that, but other hotels I stayed at provided blankets. Then he showed me in the room and pointed at a layer on the bed made of two pieces of cloth sewn together; the translation app called it a “duster” or something. He said I could cover myself with that. I thought it was a sheet, although it didn’t look very clean and there was some hair on it, so I put that so‑called “duster” over the sheet. Later I said it was too thin and I’d catch a cold sleeping with the air conditioning on and insisted on a blanket. He was reluctant, then took a plastic bag from a cabinet outside the room door — it looked like they keep linens and towels there — and brought out a blanket. It was the one in the photos in my review: yellowed in many places. I was stunned. At first I didn’t notice because there was no direct sunlight in the room; once I turned on the light I saw it and was so scared I threw the blanket aside and didn’t dare use it. I just made do for the night and canceled one of the two nights with Agoda. Early the next morning, around 5 or 6 a.m., something was happening outside — they were playing Vietnamese songs I couldn’t understand loudly over a speaker. Do they do some kind of group dance there? I regret staying here.

“Clean room, good personal amenities, air conditioning and wifi”
My room was clean, with fresh towels, bed linen and hairdryer. The room was cool with good air conditioning and a fan, plus a TV with many channels in multiple languages. The bed mattress was a little too firm for my taste but it appeared to be a brand new. The bathroom has hand soap, shower soap, shampoo and toothbrushes & toothpaste. It appeared to have been recently renovated with new windows and freshly decorated. There is an elevator and free wifi.

“Quality is average.”
Room is new and clean. However, there is no refrigerator and no complimentary daily bottled water. They wouldn't allow two guests to stay, claiming the booking was made for one person.
