Super perfect staff, hospitality, polite, good informer.
They have a great facilities and clean and comfy rooms. However, they only give a coupon in toast box where the only choice is kaya toast and coffee. We expect sa buffet breakfast though.
I stayed for three nights and was highly impressed. Great service, comfortable and newly renovated. The best part of the stay was the staff. Excellent all the way around

In 25 years of travel, this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t provide even a single bottle of water. I booked a large bed, but instead was given two singles pushed together — they separated throughout the night, leaving an uncomfortable wedge gap. The towels were another letdown: overly fluffy, shedding white cotton that stuck to my skin and covered the floor after showering. What makes this worse is that it was Grand Prix weekend. I paid nearly four times the standard rate — yet the hotel delivered a substandard experience. At check‑in, none of these issues were mentioned, which felt deceptive. For the price charged, the quality was unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I would caution others against booking here.
