Lisuga Hotel

Liked: Cleaning staff was very nice.

Disliked: Very disappointing stay. No hot water upon arrival, and a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that made it extremely unpleasant. The hotel claims they sent a message about the hot water, but this should be clearly disclosed before guests book, not hidden in a message they may never see. We requested a refund or at least partial compensation, but the hotel refused to offer anything. No hot water, an unpleasant bathroom, and absolutely no consideration for guests. Definitely not recommended.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating and were quick to address our needs.

Disliked: There was a plumbing problem in the Villa. The water coming from the faucet smelled dirty.

Loved our stay at Lisuga. The area is just in the middle of the main road and the backroad. It was so convenient to go around. The room was clean, spacious, and so comfortable. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Liked: I felt completely at home during my stay here. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the kindest and warmest staff, who made me feel very welcome and at home with a welcoming drink. One of the things that made this place extra special were the sweet rescue dogs. They were such a lovely part of my stay and made the atmosphere feel even more warm, homely and welcoming. I even did activities with one of the rescue dogs si if youre a dog lover and you feel alone sometimes, thus will be the best company!! I’m leaving with some of my best memories from this trip. The combination of the lovely people, the beautiful atmosphere, good villa and hirel services,and the adorable rescue dogs made this place feel like so much more than just a hotel. Thank you for making my stay so special. I will genuinely remember this place with so much warmth and happiness and cant wait to come back again🤍🐕

The villa itself is very beautiful despite the views to a construction area (the pictures on the web do not show that). The people and the hotel were incredible. One of the best coffees in the island

Liked: For us it was centrally located to our planned activities the staff was amazing funny and very helpful and beds are very comfortable wifi strong.

Disliked: Honestly we loved everything about lisuga hotel we had short power outage issue however the owners messaged and apologized and credited us a night without any complaints from us they went above and beyond in every way a hotel should so no things I disliked we will stay again next trip.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room is quite spacious even the bathroom. The bed is comfy and clean. The facilities are clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The location is just a bit far from the tourism road. The hotel itself is a bit far from the main road and it’s a rough road going there. There’s no heater in the shower. No ref. The tv isn’t really working properly at all. The wifi is very slow too. The breakfast is decent.
