LIV Hotel Bronx

I’m not gonna Lie I was a little Skeptical when I was booking this hotel because it was brand new and I didn’t see much of it but advertisements on the bus lmao but it’s actually a really beautiful hotel The scenery is simple and pretty The guys at the front are great at communicating and handling any concerns they were very easy going They also can let you into a smoking room which I did not know but it is a convenient thing for smokers. The hotel is quiet and I didn’t run into any problems or have worries. Sheets were clean Room and as super cold but very cozy as well Bathroom was absolutely gorgeous And everything was definitely worth my money, I will be coming back here again… and again and again and again lol🤍 Ps bring cash because the atm is not fair with change and they need exact cash

Liked: The room was nice fit big enough for a space of two or more

Disliked: Wasn’t such noise cancellation, smell from another rooms was going to your rooms, and staff wouldn’t help with mantaitence

Liked: Nice but no parkin

Disliked: Small space in. The room

Liked: The room was fairly comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spacious.

Disliked: There were several things that were inconvenient: 1. The room was not cleaned snd gabbagd cleared, unless I requested it 2. No proper closet to hang clothes. No hangers for the rod provided 3. Towels were thin and had a lot of lint 4. No space to hang towels and no area to put soap in the bathroom shower area

Liked: The facility was clean, near a Subway, and had a very small parking lot.

Disliked: We were blocked in the parking lot and let the staff know. It took about 10 minutes for the owner to come down to only move his car a couple of feet and we were still blocked. The staff then had to get the owner of that car a second time which took about another 10 minutes before he moved his car so we could actually get to the appointment we needed to go to. Also the room was quite small. The beds were extremely hard.

Liked: Not much

Disliked: Room very small uncomfortable bed. Very loud with train going by beneath the window all night and some idiots in the hallway smoking pot throughout all night until two in the morning. Seem to be no security would never stay here again.

Disliked: the second we walked in this hotel it reeked of marijuana smoke. The rooms smelled awful and floors were not mopped or cleaned. pillows and blankets were so thin and flat, not enough towels no toiletries. room and sheets reeked of smoke and cigaretts. could not reach hotel staff by phone numbers. other guests were blasting music you could hear through the walls. they placed my family with small children in smoking rooms on a smoking floor which we did NOT BOOK. and refused to respond to calls/emails from myself and booking.com. spend the money to stay at a reputable hotel. this was NOT IT

Liked: It’s a shit hole,no parking staff is horrible rooms dirty less then bare minimum
