Liked: Location was excellent.

Disliked: Bed was not comfortable and too small for two people. Very difficult to regulate temperate with the floor AC unit. It was too hot or too cold in the summer. Zero decent parking options nearby. Zero view.

Liked: Nice location, easy transportation pickups/ trains. You are next to a train though but me & my partner like noise when sleep. Busy area so lots of food and different establishments. Walkable to see the “BEAN”.!

Disliked: Building wasn’t secure even thought you have a code, you can pull the handle to get right in. No towels: asked to clean ones and they said some was in the hallway but it was empty. Luckily enough I had laundry detergent to wash towels

“I would definitely stay again.”

Liked: It was super convenient for all the events that were scheduled for WNBA all star. Even though the room near an overhead train track, The train didn’t impact my sleep. The place was clean and the staff was very responsive.

Disliked: Separate insurance fee. Just Add the insurance into the cost of the room. I would rather had it added up front versus asking separately.
