LIVN Millennium Park Downtown Chicago Studio

The location is super nice. It’s right in the center of chicago where everything is within reach. Staff is super responsive and helpful. Room is spacious and decently equipped. However it’s a little bit pricey compare to the services you can get at hotel with similar style

Liked: One block away from millennium Park in downtown Chicago and with direct access to the CTA, it was the perfect location! Room was super cozy, modern, and fit what was needed for the small getaway.

Disliked: If you are a light sleeper, yes, you can hear the train - it didn't bother me. Outside the elevator area on the first floor is quite small and it does take it's sweet time going up floors.

Liked: Nice place, everything went smoothly

Very good place in Chicago

Liked: Incredible location, clean appartmente and well equipped. Great service

Liked: Comvient location and very clean. Staff was very accommodating to our needs.

Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like

Liked: Location was excellent. The "L" had nearby stops to both O'Hare and to the convention center.

Liked: Location was close to train station and easily walkable to tourist areas. Good for rideshare pickups. Quiet at night. Bed and room itself was comfortable with a nice seating area.

Disliked: Communication from property and with staff was frustrating. No staff on site, so everything was over phone or email. Wanted to extend reservation by one day and staff ended up not being able to help with that even after a lot of back and forth. Property also doesn’t have much to offer besides what you get in apartment — no lobby with seating/bathroom/etc. No pool, no outdoor area (though there was mention of a balcony/patio on signs, I couldn’t find other information). Locks on unit doors were frustrating and hard to use—took forever to wake the screen on ours and get the buttons to press.
