Livotel Express Hotel Bang Kruai Nonthaburi - No Parking

The staff were polite and very welcoming; their service was good in every way. However, on October 5, 2026, at checkout (which was before noon), I’m not sure whether the housekeeping staff knew or were being thorough — we had locked the door, but someone opened it while we were still lying in bed. In the morning I was awake; they quickly closed the door, and after a while I went to check but nothing else had happened. We locked the door again so we could go back to sleep. I’d like them to pay more attention to details — other guests might not be okay with this mistake, and I wouldn’t blame them. For me, though, I like this place and would stay here again even though it was my first time. 😊😊

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The bed sheets and towels had stains. The air conditioning didn’t keep a consistent temperature — sometimes too warm, sometimes too cold — which made it hard to sleep.

I have lived in Thailand for 6 months via hotels. I’m often in this area as there is a cycling lane in Rot Fai Park I cycled in. So thought it would be good to stay in the area. The quality and cleanliness of this hotel and its rooms look nothing like the pictures and when we addressed the staff about it, they said the staff responsible were not available to rectify. The hotel charges 500 baht per key card so beware if travelling in a big group. The cups in the bathroom were dirty and so were the quilts. The area the hotel is based in isn’t near any markets or local attractions. I couldn’t stay in the hotel longer than three hours due to the cleanliness so I ended up booking another hotel immediately. Definitely not worth the money. If you are looking to experience Bangkok I’d recommend paying the extra to stay closer to the city as you’d be spending this on grab’s etc anyways.

They shouldn’t accept foreign guests here. It’s an ant farm, the bedding was damp, and the bathroom was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was a table in the room but the cleaners didn’t even wipe that. It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all—more like local one-room rental units for Thais. It’s only using the name “hotel.”

The staff were extremely confused and didn't listen to the guests at all. I had a complete booking number but they wouldn't let me check in, saying my name didn't match and telling their coworker that I used a fake email and fake name. If it were fake, would there even be a booking number? If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was a huge waste of time and life. Everyone was confused — Agoda was confused. If the hotel is going to hire staff who don't even have this basic knowledge, that's a problem.

The hotel is actually very out of the way with transportation into the city being a very big hassle, the rooms were less desirable as they were a lot dirtier than in the photos, the rooms also had an unpleasant smell, overall unless your on a really really tight budget I would not recommend this hotel

Overall the accommodation is okay for a business trip. The facilities are fairly complete. The downside is that there is very little car parking and it’s located on a rather narrow soi. Convenience stores and restaurants are around the roundabout, only a few minutes’ walk away.
