Liked: Beautiful property with easy access to trails

Disliked: Everything is an extra charge. The property is already expensive enough, there is an additional resort fee of 18$ per person per night and parking an additional 38$ per night. It was very expensive and they only give you 1 small water bottle per person per stay. For the price of everything we should at least have access to complimentary water daily.

“A majestic hotel with excellent facilities but unfortunately let down by poor service”

Liked: Excellent facilities and a beautiful, majestic hotel. The property itself is impressive, with a great atmosphere and very good amenities. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and the physical experience was very enjoyable

Disliked: Unfortunately, the service did not match the standard of the hotel. We raised several concerns during our stay, but they were not properly addressed or followed up on, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this calibre, I would have expected a much more attentive and responsive level of service.

“Fabulous location and even better staff!”

Liked: Extraordinary staff and an unbelievable location. This hotel really deserves the status it enjoys. It's one of the best places you can ever possibly want to stay in. Lavish breakfast with a stunning view, nice hot tubs and swimming pools, overall everything as expected.

Disliked: Too many security checks to the point that it felt targeted. Even when we went to the golf course, the security team came to check on us despite other guests enjoying their time without any checks. It felt a bit weird.

This second stage will focus on the northeast sector of the Bustillo Wing and will span over a 2,500 square meters area. These works contemplate, as in the first stage, relevant and notable changes in design, improvements in the electrical installation, the heating system, WiFi service, as well as the complete renovation of the bathroom, also providing all of the rooms with a AC and IP telephony services. Once again we aim to be able to provide you with the best possible comfort, so that your stay will not just be a pleasant stay, but also a complete and satisfactory experience.
