Liked: Location was very good

Disliked: Terrible smell of humidity. The bathroom and shower was inadequate. The bed and pillows were horrible. They did no provide anything.

Liked: Housekeeper was great,everything is clean,bed is comfortable and location is great. But smell….smell of all that all facillty is horrible. Everything smell of moisture so intensity that you can stand inside.

Disliked: It’s far up a hill. It is accessible by elevator but the hotel told us to hike up the steep road with luggages. The hotel is unmanned from 3pm, meaning no check-ins nor services available, eg information, service request, luggage holding, etc. The bathroom door did not work well. The room was a bit noisy because of upstairs neighbours and Street traffic. Housekeeping barged in unannounced when we were still in bed. Owner neglected to inform us the perks as a 1-night resident to town, so we ended up overpaying for several items. The building was musky. The fridge was loud when running. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was a high window with no coverings. The cushion had stains. We were given a room different to our booking. There were not enough plugs: either we charge our phones, or lamps.
