Loft Bangkok Hotel

The accommodation was clean, the staff were attentive, and the room was airy. Only downside: the floor is a bit slippery—easy to slip if you wear flip-flops in the room. Otherwise, 100/100.

Stayed during the Bangkok flood situation. I had to go to work but ended up canceling, so I went to the hotel a bit early. The staff let me check into the room before the usual time — very impressive — and they even stored my luggage for a few days.

As a short trip, i like the hotel clean, average room size accomodate 2 pax with 2 XL luggage, but there is something in pillow its too bulky & hard the pillow case there is something smelly also the bedsheet, the noise outside can disturb your sleep

The hotel is great for the price. Surrounded by mostly Indian restaurants, some thai restaurants and plenty of massage parlour. Convenience shop, money exchanger, clothes washing facility are also close by. Hotel was clean, staff were extremely helpful. The only minus point is the hotel was located a bit far from bts.

Service: excellent Location: good, easy access to BTS and metro with walking distance Staff: excellent Surrounding: if there have been more choices it would be excellent.

It was a good stay as usual, staff are friendly and helpful. But, need to ask specifically to change bed sheet and blanket cover to make up room, otherwise, used old ones and make it tidy.

The rooms were very clean, reliable hot water, strong wifi connection. Best to go with accompany felt that the neighbourhood is not very safe for female solo traveller.

Good value for money. Staff were all friendly and very very helpful. Great service from them! Will open door and help with luggages. Hotel room itself is clean. Has a bathtub. But no shower curtain so it does flood the bathroom sometimes. People with mobility issues/pregnant women/kids need to be extra extra careful. Has windows but no outdoor view for the room type i stayed at, it was a view of indoor space of the building, across from the other rooms if this makes sense. It wasn’t a big deal tho. Aircond is great. Complete amenities, complementary drinking water. Fridge worked well too. Location-wise, a bit dark at night but not too quiet. The area is like “little india”. Not so convenient as still need to take Grab to go to malls/market etc. 7e around the corner and another just a short walk across the street. Need to take note for Grab, they need to collect a ticket from the entrance of the hotel area and the hotel staff needs to stamp it to waive the fee. We had to pay 40THB once because the Grab driver didnt know the process. The hotel staff is always available and will be attentive to Grab drivers so they will stamp it when they see Grab drivers come.
