“It’s good for the price”

Stayed a couple nights. Price is hard to beat. A little far from most things but not too big of a problem. If on a budget, would recommend.

“Awesome hotel rooms are as pictured!”

This was a super fun themed love hotel and we enjoyed staying here twice. It is a bit far from the city center about 30 minutes via a grab or six US dollars. The house were very nice and accommodating. We did not hear hardly any sound while we were in our room. The TV was great. The bed was super comfy. The Wi-Fi was a little bit slow sometimes and it was hard to download on our computers, but otherwise good. We would stay here again if in the area.

“DO NOT STAY. Awful hotel.”

Ignore good reviews - All made my male korean s*x tourists. We are very used to budget hotels around SE Asia but this is a horrible place. Rooms look really pleasant in photos, nice decor with bathtub and the price was reasonable. It's nothing but a dirty, unfriendly, seedy place ran by the rudest check in lady called Tung. She is a horrible human. We arrived and had to wait 1.5 hours as she informed us our air con unit wasn't working - not even close to any apology. Eventually got inside our room - Air con was still leaking constantly / Didn't work at all times. No curtains so room was always bright. No fridge. Chewing gum on floor. Construction next door all night long. Poor wifi so YouTube couldn't even work. She doesn't care about these issues in the slightest. Only good thing about this hotel - the male night receptionist is so friendly and this is no reflection on him. Even upon check out she tried to overcharge us, then blamed us after confirming with the nice night receptionist it was the hotels misunderstanding. You could not pay me to stay here again, trust this review and avoid.

“Everything seems fine.”

Apart from the slightly old sheets and blankets, and the somewhat rough and textured towels, everything is fine. The reception staff is friendly and hospitable, but housekeeping could use some improvement. The lady wearing glasses in the morning is a bit unpleasant, with a harsh tone and a not-so-friendly demeanor towards guests. I hope for better improvements in the room amenities as well as in the staff, that would be wonderful.
