“Successful trip to Hanoi”

I went on my first trip to Hanoi with my fiancée, and the condition of the room and the service were both excellent! Since we mentioned we are getting married, they even gifted us a cake and decorated the room with roses, which was incredibly touching. We will definitely visit again!

“Just ok”

The high-floor open view is good The breakfast and club lounge food isn't 5-star either. Something is missing for a 5-star hotel, like dedicated service; at a typical 5-star hotel, staff service handles the final touch-ups.

“If you are traveling to Hanoi, I recommend staying for about 1 to 2 nights.”

If you travel to Hanoi, I recommend staying for about 1 to 2 days. They installed a shower filter, and the filter did not change color, and the water quality was clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it seems nice if you have kids. It’s easy to take a bus to the Old Quarter, and going to Lottemart in the basement is convenient. Definitely apply for breakfast! It seems like there won’t be many places to eat breakfast nearby. The hotel itself is tall, and you can see all of Hanoi from there, which is great.

“Recommended Club Lounge”

The number of dishes served in the club lounge during the afternoon and evening is overwhelmingly greater than in other hotels, and the deliciousness means you don't have to eat out, making it ideal for a staycation. The staff were all incredibly considerate, and despite being far from Japan, I found myself wanting to visit again. Being able to have canned beer starting from 1 PM is just wonderful. It costs around 800,000 dong (about 5,000 yen) to get from the old town or Hoan Kiem Lake to the club lounge, but the luxurious feel you can enjoy there makes it worth it.
