Personally do not recommend this hotel to families with young children. The mall nearby closes at 830pm. There is no laundry coin laundry facility. Staff were professional and helpful. They were also very welcoming. We will not be returning.

It was a family trip to Korea with my 88-year-old father. We stayed in a room with three beds, so it was reassuring to be able to stay with my parents, and we had a very comfortable time. Notably, the hospitality was exceptional. At check-in, I was able to borrow a wheelchair (which they call "filchair" in Korean) just in case, so thanks to that, my father, who has difficulty walking, was able to move around smoothly, which was a great help. We were able to borrow it even after check-out, making it comfortable to move around inside Lotte World Tower. We could also buy tower tickets at the front desk, and I thought we would need fast pass tickets, but the staff informed us that on weekday mornings, we wouldn’t need to line up, so regular tickets would be fine, which was very helpful. After returning, we had some time before heading to Seoul Station, and when I suggested taking a taxi for sightseeing, they arranged a good taxi for us. The driver said it was his first time in Korea in a while, and when I told him the departure time for Seoul Station, he took us through Insadong, Changdeokgung, Bukchon, Gyeongbokgung, the statue of King Sejong, Namdaemun, and even into Myeongdong by taxi, allowing my parents to see the changes in Korea after 20 years. We received service worth more than the price, and although the accommodation cost was high, I felt it was very rewarding. Truly Lotte, thank you very much.
The staff had really no empathy at all. They never once mentioned that I needed to buy the lotte theme park tix at the reception if I wanted to use the wonder door. I chatted with them before my booking and even at the check in counter. I had a rude shock when I tried to enter the wonder door, only then the staff kept waving us off and say no other tix allowed?! They made me walk all the way, pushing my crying toddler out to the main entrance to ask the staff there if I could reenter the theme park which of course they didn’t allow because they’re just so inflexible and rigid. There was another couple behind me at the wonder door, also rejected for the tix only right at the doorstep. This is just outright ridiculous! So what’s the point of me making the decision to stay here for convenience of wonder door and reentry to cater to my young toddler when non of it was allowed! And to think it was all mentioned only when I needed to use it, rejected at the doorstep after I’ve booked everything. Please make it loud and clear in your website and third party booking platforms before families make the booking! And ask ur staff to always highlight it during conversations about the theme park tix! Ur staff need to learn to be more flexible and not so rigid too. There was no empathy, just ‘oh this is our rules. You have to push your toddler out. Turn right, go to Basement, then walk straight’. It is additional 10-15 mins just to head out and walk all the way to the main entrance when I stayed there to use the wonder door so I could enter in less than a minute. My family was looking forward to a wonderful trip but it all went crashing with this wonder door miscommunication and ruined our trip right at the start. I AM SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!!!

The hotel itself is not bad. The facilities are good so many shops and things to do beside it. I booked because I went to watch a concert at KSPO Dome. But for the price of the hotel, I was expecting a Smart TV with YouTube or Netflix. Lower priced hotel in Gangnam have Smart TVs already.
Hotel is within walking distance to the subway and airport bus is just outside the hotel,very convenient. Next to lotte mall and also nearby Seokcheon lake,good for strolling. Would love to stay here again
