The room was below minimum standard, very rundown nothing like photos. Unbearable smell of sewage. We refused the room and we're told we wouldn't be charged, but the money was taken a few days later. Asked for a refund but was told the room has been inspected and is ok.

Everything good. Location. Clean. Peaceful. Would stay again.

Don’t clean the rooms no hot shower no one spoke English

It’s a good stay with a very good location, just walking distance to my khe beach and other shops. The only bad thing is that the receptionist isn’t always available at the reception.

Stayed 7 nights, booked on Agoda Would I recommend, yes and no...depends on what you're lokking for... Pros: 1. Location- close to the beach, close to many restaurants and spas 2. Room is spacious and clean, small fridge and hot water kettle in room. There is also a TV, but I never turned it on so cannot comment. The view- you are looking into the rooms of the hotel next door. Cannot keep your windows open, must keep the privacy curtains unless you're okay with others seeing you. 3. Elevator, nice to not have to carry your bags up flights of stairs 4. Bathroom is good size with sink near the door. Shower is hot with good water pressure. Soap and shampoo provided 4. Comfortable beds with good pillows and a down comforter 5. AC was finicky, sometimes worked, sometimes just shut off on its own. Cons: 1. Location- loud, busy and touristy area. Nightly karoake/music, sounds like it's right outside the window 2. Lacking services- no one at the reception desk. You must message the host on Whatsapp or Agoda if you need something 3. Was given 1 roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay. When I asked for more, the 1 extra roll of toilet paper was deposited on the ground outside my door. No knocking or delivery, it was simply lying on its side on the dirty floor outside the door...really!?!?! 3. No water provided. Usually 1 or 2 bottles of water provided, but NONE here. 4. Unauthorized entry into my room. When I asked who had entered, host said she came in to clean and give me towels. Towels were given, but the room had definitely NOT been cleaned. Host tried to blame this on cultural differences, but lying is universally frowned upon. 😒 No one likes being lied to. Just be honest; people will be much more understanding. 5. The lobby is a mess. Couch does not have cushions. It is littered with random shoes, bags and backpacks, and random living items. Definitely not what one would expect in a professional hotel lobby. 6. Wifi very weak. Host acknowledged that wifi is weak on 2nd and 3rd floors; could not support Zoom. With so many digital nomads, working wifi on all floors should be standard. Had to work in the lobby (far from ideal) until the wifi could be "fixed." The router was not functioning, it was not plugged in on the 3rd floor. Host was upset I was working in the lobby, even though this is what she recommended since the working router was on the 1st floor. 😶 It's not what I wanted either. I would jave much preferred to work in the privacy of my own room. Although the host was responsive, her manners were rude and unfriendly. I would not return. I would only recommend if you want to be in the middle of the action and close to My Khe beach. Otherwise, there are many more options. 3⭐️ is generous

The room was very spacious — it had air conditioning, a fan, a small refrigerator, a window, a wardrobe, a desk and a TV. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, with hot water and strong water pressure. The host’s son can speak English. The location is just a few hundred meters from Da Nang beach, but a few dozen meters back from the road, so it’s very quiet at night — good for people who sleep poorly. Everything was perfect, except the duvet — it had a strong unpleasant smell that was hard to tolerate.

I had a good experience at Luna Hotel. The staff lady was friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient for getting around the city and made it easy to find places to eat and shop. The hotel is a bit hidden, so it might take a moment to find it the first time, but once you do, it’s in a quiet and comfortable spot. I felt that the room offered solid value for the price I paid. Overall, Luna Hotel is a sensible choice if you’re looking for something comfortable and affordable in the area.
