Liked: Great rooms, breakfast well served. If you don’t have a car, you will have to walk a lot! Or take a cab every time. The hotel is all the way up the town. We did have one, so it was no problem.

Disliked: no elevators. More things should hv been included like a resort credit for free drink per day at this price point

My stay here was absolutely incredible. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. The location was fantastic, offering some of the most breathtaking views. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the owner and the entire staff. The night shift gentleman was so kind and kept me great company during our conversations. A special thanks to Osman Ozbek at the bar; on a rainy day, he welcomingly invited me inside the bar and even recommended some amazing local restaurants. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly attentive and resolved my issues immediately. Their warmth and hospitality went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The grounds are spacious, the garden is well-maintained, and the entrance is very nice. The staff are all friendly and provide great hospitality. The breakfast is average. If the egg dishes were delicious, it would be a pass, but I probably cook them better. However, there are many very good restaurants and cafes within a 15-minute walk, so I had no trouble finding meals. The room is a family suite and very spacious, so I am satisfied. Since it is a cave hotel, it is inevitably dark. Even with all the lights on, it is difficult to see anything dark. I think it would be a better room with more indirect lighting. The hot air balloons in the early morning also had a great panoramic view. The lowest-rated aspect was the bathroom, which had a sewage smell. It almost seems like there is a straight pipe without a drainage trap. Every time I entered the bathroom, I felt nauseous. Without that, it would be one of the quite good hotels.

I came here on vacation with my wife, and the view is great, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was nice and tasty. Especially on the day the balloons fly, you can go up to the observation deck in the hotel, enjoy the view, and take pictures to create perfect shots. If the great view is an advantage, then this could be a disadvantage. Since the hotel is located almost at the top, it can be a bit tiring to get up there. We walked down to the city and called an Uber to return to the hotel. The Uber cost around 350 lira, and it took about 15 minutes to walk to the city. There are several good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, so it wasn't a big burden for dinner. If I come back to Cappadocia, I will definitely book this hotel again.

When I was at a loss with the lost baggage procedure, the front desk manager helped me out. They explained things to us, who can hardly speak English, using a translation device, providing excellent assistance. During meals, we were taken care of by Osman, and having enjoyable conversations with him is also a good memory. I also got to meet their lovely garden and clever signboard dog, which made me glad I booked this hotel.
