“Consistently great stay in Cebu”

I have stayed at Bai at least 7 different times since 2024 and each time I've found it's a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and polished, and clean. The dining facilities are good, and breakfast is well worth it. I've also been to Wall St Coffee, Pool Lounge, and the top floor club and it's all been consistently good. The real stand out is the staff. They really do their best in offering top notch service. I recently had a situation where my airline had lost my luggage and their concierge was able to get some more clarity with an airport contact. I would really recommend Bai for your next visit in Cebu for business or pleasure.

“Uncomfortable because of the cold. I decided to check out a night early and transfer to another hotel altho they offered”

Liked: Same location as our convention.

Disliked: The room was too cold! Ambient temperature whether you turn the aircon on or off is around 16-18C. The engineers were unable to do anything. My room was on the 18th floor. I kept my door partially open most of thebtime because the hallway was much warmer. The conventionnhall was okay. Just the room.

“Perfect place to relax”

We stayed two nights; it is an ideal setting for a family with children, secure and fully contained within one building to entertain everyone. The large swimming pool, spacious rooms, delicious food, and upscale shopping make it a place we will book again. This location is the best for unwinding.
