“Excellent”
Liked: We enjoyed the location as well as the communication with the host was efficient and supportive. The home is spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower in the en suite bedroom did not function properly which made showering difficult. I was told by my friend that the shower in the second/hallway bathroom was fine. Everything else about the home was wonderful.

“Very good”
Liked: It is very close to the main street and a lot of things. Bed arrangements were comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. It is a bonus that the property has a lift. Rosella is very responsive.
Disliked: The shower from the master bathroom was leaking after my daughter took a shower. We ended up showering in just 1 bathroom. The care taker said they will take care of it when we check out since it was a short stay.

“Great location, disappointing accommodation.”
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Not luxury, not a house. Sorrento was great, accomodation was disappointing. Both bathrooms flooded, wifi did not work. No plug, scourer or detergent for dishwashing.

“Fantastic location in heart of old Sorrento - spacious and clean.”
Liked: Fantastic location in the heart of old Sorrento, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a beautiful, somewhat spartan apartment with almost everything you need. We were allowed early check in - which we appreciated.
Disliked: There are the same small irritants others complained of previously - sporadic wifi issues, a toilet we had to pump repeatedly to flush. But not a big deal. Some previous guests complained of noise from the street - that was there, but it’s part of the spirit of the neighbourhood.

“Big apartment with minimal hospitality”
Liked: Lots of space.
Disliked: Noisy street. Very loud evening and during the day. The house is big but completely bare. We stayed throughout Italy and it's often the case the host leaves some coffee and cream, trash bags, paper towels, and other basic kindnesses when you're traveling and staying a short stay for $300+... This was not the case. We didn't feel there was a sense of hospitality.
