“Safety & facilities concerns”

The room door lock is very basic, with no secondary lock. The ground/1st-floor gate to the 2nd floor was also unlocked at night, making us feel unsafe and unable to sleep well. No wardrobe, and no hook in the toilet to hang clothes while showering. Basic facilities need improvement.
