“Paid reservation but we were left without accommodation”

We had a confirmed and paid reservation for two nights, but when we arrived shortly after midnight, the hotel initially told us they could not find our booking. We later learned that they had marked us as a no-show due to a check-in deadline, although the Agoda confirmation we received only stated “check-in after 2:00 PM” and did not show a latest check-in time. The hotel was fully booked and refused to accommodate us. We tried at least five other hotels that night, but none had availability. As a result, four of us had to sleep in our car and cancel the rest of our Amsterdam trip the next day. We paid for two nights and received no accommodation at all. This was an extremely disappointing experience and seriously affected our trust in both the property and the booking process.

“Nice Hotel but cleaning was not important”

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel. Facilities were good but room has not been cleaned on single day. Even after getting the confirmation of receptionist, we did not get cleaning service.

“Overpriced for it’s location”

The staff was incredibly kind and the hotel itself is cosy and friendly. Nothing to say about the cleanliness. However, if you like to sleep a little bit longer in the morning I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I was extremely tired after a long day of travelling and couldn’t sleep past 9:00 because of the rolling cleaning cart, and the other guests footsteps. The hotel is 13 minutes away from the bus station which isn’t a lot but it’s a but far from the city centre, so keep that in mind, it took me 2h30 to get to the hotel after attending a show at the Johan Cruijff Arena.
