Disliked: I booked for 2 rooms. 1 family room and a 1 room with 2 beds plus cr with bath tub. The host gave me a very small room common cr 1 very small bed. I asked why its different from what I booked with and host responded stating that his boss decided to put me in a small room without any notification. I complained about it and they offered me a refund of 100 hkd. I accepted and they promise to give me the money the next day however next day came and they refused to give it to me and said they will transfer me to the original room but after holiday. More likely 1 night before i checked out which doesn't make any sense. Very scam and poor service. They are misleading guests
Liked: No breakfast.....first point 1) the hotel owner a lady is very cunning. She alloted me a 6 feet x 4 feet room at the price of double bed room. The room was a bathroom converted as a bed only space. The owner took me money from me at the starting day without telling about the room. So I was helpless.....later she took me double money and gave a better room. I decided to complaint to Hong Kong tourist authority about this cheating.
