“Good option for those who needs facilities with tight budget”

Liked: Self check-in instruction was clear, staff were very friendly. Washing machine is provided for public use. In-house slippers and towels were provided. Hair dryer is provided in room.

Disliked: The washroom is very small compared to other places. Soundproof might be weak, you can hear the voices from other rooms in common areas. Stairway space is small, so would be unfriendly to those bringing big luggages.

Liked: We have a very short stay. Hotel located quite near to Komtar area. Hotel environment is warm and having the family vibes Have an authentic localize coffee shop next door serving traditional breakfast and yummy Char Kuey Tiao. Refreshing w a good coffee There is a Durian experience center just opposite the main road for durian ice cream and also learn abt durian agriculture

Disliked: Cleaning personnel came in too early to clean up the place before we check out. Created a bit inconvenient but still ok maybe due to CNY peak season Personnel friendly as always~
