“Value for Money”

Great location, in the tourist shops, Spas, and restaurants area. Not as noisy like in the area were there are a lot of pubs. Helpful reception and has an elevator. The place is very easy to locate as well.

“Old worn out hotel watch out for cancelling and movung to their sister hotel”

We were checking in at 2am Oct 10 2026. The night of Oct 9, they sent me a whatsapp message saying a pipe burst they wanted to move us to their sister hotel which is outside Old quarter. I read old comments and it looks like they have been doing this to other guests too. I frimly said no because our tour only picks up from Old qurter. They wanted us to take a taxi from sister hotel to their hotel early in the morning so we can get picked up by the tour in their hotel. I did not agree and they ended up still accomodating us and gave us the room we boked. Hotel looks old. Furnitures and fixtures in the room needs repair. Pillows were dirty and looked yellowish. Glad we only stayed for a few hours

“I got what I paid for”

I will never again stay in a room with no windows. Problem is with the moisture. As it is not removed from the space so it goes into the walls etc. I'm not complaining simply didn't think about it. Staff was great. Had to pay usd 10 for loosing the key which is very reasonable. Overall it was ok experience but next time will pay a bit more for better accommodation

“Beyond terrible”

Easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed at, don’t even bother looking at it. So dirty, wires hanging out of the walls, hair all through my bed, damp and smells, staff useless and everything is falling apart. Avoid at all costs.
