Liked: The location was PERFECT. EXCELLENT instructions on parking the car in the ZTL and highly recommend this place as logistically made it easy to check out the different areas of Ortigia. We had some challenges with wifi but overall they were responsive and handled it in a timely manner.

Liked: The property is beautiful and in a perfect location.

Disliked: There is a decent amount of street noise late in the evening.

Liked: The location was very good but noisy very early in the morning.

Disliked: WARNING: we had reserved an appartment with four beds as we are four adults (3 on top floor: a queen and two singles) and one queen on first floor). In fact there was a single bed missing and bed sheets were not provided for all beds; only the two queens. We were advised that we would need to pay extra to obtain bed sheets for the other two beds (36 euros per night!). Do not assume that you will get bed sheets even if there are beds on the appartement. Unacceptable!!

Liked: Beautiful view, pretty apartment great location

Liked: It was very clean, spacious, good location!

Disliked: The stairs were excessive, one flight to the first bathroom. 3 more flights to the second suite, which was very lovely and spacious with an en-suite bathroom… have left us with enough coffee pods for five people for 3 days at the least.

Liked: Lovely and spacious. Conveniently located.

Liked: Beautiful, elegant

Liked: The location

Disliked: The booklet sent said you can store your luggage early upon request. We were told they’re not a hotel. They cannot do early check-in or store luggage. We were not given access until five minutes till three. The street noise is awful all night long and that was with keeping the windows and doors shut. The second bathroom is actually a utility room with a toilet.
