Liked: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was excellent - within walking distance of the waterfront and the main shopping areas. There were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it really convenient to explore Liverpool on foot. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very nice. The self-service check-in and check-out were also a nice touch.
Disliked: There was a small mix-up with our room. We booked a standard double room but were given one with an extra single bed, which we hadn't requested. It wasn't a major issue, just a bit unexpected. Also, the bed linen wasn't changed daily, which was a little disappointing

Liked: It was in a really good location - close to Albert Dock and the town centre. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower which was easy to operate. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choices.
Disliked: No coat hooks.

Liked: Really great staff. The Irish barman on Friday night was a particular highlight, really chatty and helpful. Anya on reception was great too
