It was only a short 3-night trip, but staying at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong made it very enjoyable. Since the hotel will begin renovations this June, this was my last stay in its classic form, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The club lounge’s sweets and meals were all delicious. The afternoon tea desserts were the same each day, so from the second day I only had my favorite scones. The scones with clotted cream and rose jam were outstanding. I’ll stay at the newly renovated Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong the next time I visit Hong Kong.

The service was exceptional, and the facilities were, of course, of the highest standard. In particular, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Duty Manager Steve, Mr./Ms. Choo who assisted with my check-out (and whose check-in service was also truly outstanding), as well as Oliver and John. There are honestly many more team members I would like to recognize, but I have listed those I could recall. I will be sending a formal note of appreciation via email as well. My stay at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. As this was my first visit to Hong Kong, it will remain one of the most memorable highlights of my trip. All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that my room was different from what I had expected. I went down to the lobby to request an upgrade, and fortunately, there was a suite available. After a short wait, I was able to move into the suite by paying an additional fee. One staff member in particular left a lasting impression on me. Since I am not fluent in English, he thoughtfully used a translation app to explain everything step by step, making sure I fully understood. He even said goodbye to me in my native language, which I truly appreciated. The suite at this historic and prestigious hotel was very satisfying and more than enough for a relaxing holiday. Out of all my memories from this trip to Hong Kong, this was by far the most pleasant one. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
