“It’s a good place to stay if you’re only staying for a night and don’t plan on spending any time in the room. You get a”
Liked: Not much
Disliked: A lot of hair in the bathrooms, location was close to a subway station that was nice, but pics of the rooms are misleading as they cut off certain walls to make the rooms look bigger. We could barely fit our suitcases in the room— I had to sleep with mine on my bed so we had space to stand and get dressed. They did not include that the restrooms/showers are communal whatsoever, so it was a surprise when we arrived and saw that they were not only shared with other guests, but rather unclean (especially in the shower).

“Was useful, but would never stay there again.”
Liked: The location and the price.
Disliked: The room barely held the bed and at 5’10” with my head in the pillow. My feet were flat against the wall. Four bathroom/shower rooms for the whole floor to share.

“A comfortable bed but steep stairs”
Liked: The location was good. The bed was super comfortable. Linens and toiletries provided. Staff friendly.
Disliked: The stair climb is insane. The room is litterally a closet but is a nice comfortable place to sleep.

“Buyer Beware. You get what you get for $100 a night in The City.”
Liked: The room was comfortable. Small, only enough room for the bed and a small walkway for it. Centrally located too, for the price.
Disliked: They didn't disclose the fact that there were no windows for any of the singles, nor were they explicit about the fact that all single rooms necessitate a shared bathroom. It's a bit deceiving because on the photos there's a picture of the bathroom and the room side by side, implying they're connected. They provide slides for your feet but clearly other people have used them, so if you stay be sure to bring your own slippers and washcloth as they only provide body towels.

“Exceptional”
Liked: Small, but clean and safe. The space as a whole has AC and each room has a strong little fan. The doors have enough of a lock to wake you up if someone tried to force it, and the staff would notice. It's close to the subway and pretty central on the lower East side. Can't beat it for the price.
Disliked: Hall bathroom.

“Very good”
Liked: The location and price was amazing! Smooth check in and friendly staff. The lobby area was very cozy and well kept. They provide coffee and water, shared fridge space, and a shared kitchen area. Slept safe & sound! The shared bathrooms were as expected- they did their best to keep them nice and fresh, just know what you're getting into if you've ever stayed at hostels before!
