I really love staying in Marriott Hotel because you will definitely get your money’s worth.

We stayed here for a staycation, and overall, the hotel itself is beautiful. The location is great, there are plenty of things to do around the area, and the room was comfortable with excellent air-conditioning. However, the check-in experience was very disappointing. The line was extremely long, and there were only two front desk staff assisting guests. For a five-star hotel, I honestly expected better service and a more efficient check-in process. I even had to approach one of the bellboys to ask why there were only two staff members at the front desk despite the number of guests waiting. He eventually had to call the front desk manager to come out and help speed up the process. What disappointed me most was that the manager had to be called in the first place. With such a long queue and so many guests waiting, shouldn’t management already be aware of the situation and proactively step in to assist? For a five-star hotel, guests shouldn’t have to point out an obvious problem before action is taken. Good service isn’t just about having beautiful facilities; it’s also about efficiency, attentiveness, and how well you take care of your guests. The hotel has a lot to offer, but the check-in experience definitely needs improvement. Hopefully, management can address this because first impressions matter, especially when guests are paying for a five-star experience.

The room was exceptionally clean and quite huge, even the bathroom. Separate toilet, shower and tub - which allows more room to move around. We stayed for a wedding so the bigger room was an advantage - especially during the prep. The breakfast buffet could use more variety - but it was relatively ok. We loved the bar at the lobby tho.

The room is small & looked old. The staff were so busy. It felt more like an assembly line. That was not my experience in the other Marriott hotels.
