La verdad el precio no compensa con el servicio. Casi dos días sin agua en la habitación y cada que queríamos entrar a la ducha. Usar el sanitario o simplemente lavarnos las manos. Debíamos llamar a recepción xq nunca había agua. De todas mis instancias en hoteles está fue la peor de todas. En lo personal jamás volvería

Liked: How close is from everything. The common areas are beautiful too. Food amazing and cheap.

Disliked: The hot water is not working efficiently during some hours.

Liked: Pool, bar area, view of both the reservoir and the monolith, parking, cleanliness, and the staff gave us such quality attention I thought they owned the place. Could not ask for a better team, from reception to the cleaning and kitchen staff. The picture of the water was from my room's balcony. Great place to sit in the late afternoon.

Disliked: Brighter lights (the room was romantically dark even with the curtains open (tinted windows***) and a place to put our clothes. We stayed for a week and had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The room was large enough for a nice-sized dresser (could put the TV on top), which would have complemented the room nicely. Staff gave us a shelf to put some things on, which helped. Loved the room, but a queen-sized bed instead of a king would have been better (at least in our room). Getting in and out of bed from the sides was a tight fit. Also, didn't care for the jacuzzi. Very shallow, I am 187 tall and the water barely covered my waist. Wife liked the jacuzzi though, but she's only 154cm tall.

Hotel situé au pied de la piedra. On peut y aller a pied. Piscine incroyable. Petit déjeuner un peu léger par contre et mauvaise insonorisation des chambres

Liked: Location, the views and the lovely staffs

Disliked: The food

Liked: The pool was good, and it was warm water which is a plus. The location is very good as its right infront of the Piedra de peñol. The staff were great too.

Disliked: The walls are made of paper, we didn't sleep well as we could hear our neighbours from both sides. (One neighbour had a nasty cough and the other neighbours sat on their balcony til about past midnight drinking beer. When the ones drinking beer finally went to bed, we could them hear one of them snoaring, felt like we were in the same room as him). The bathroom was full of ants, mosquitos and also the ceiling is open so when you're in the toilet, in the bedroom everyone can hear you doing your needs. The bedsheets also has a smell to them.

Liked: Staff

Liked: I liked the location, it's really close to guatape. Breakfast was okay. In guatape village the food is really really good. Its a lovely place to relax.

Disliked: I didn't like the food expecially the menu for lunch. I would recommend to put Fan in bedrooms since in the day it can get hot especially inside the rooms.
