“Very nice hotel”

Great hotel. A bit out of the way but if you don't mind a 10min walk, then you will like this hotel. Staff not the friendliest, but nice enough. Rooms are big, bathrooms are nice will food hot water.

“Comfortable bed and spacious room, but strict policies and steep deposit”

The few pros include a very soft bed which I really like, though I wish the pillows matched that softness. I hope they will change the pillows to high rise soft pillows in the future. There is no breakfast, which is a downside, but no joiner fee is a plus. The room is on the older side but spacious. There was an older smart TV, but unfortunately, it could not connect to YouTube even though the technicians tried to help. I arrived one hour before check in and they were reluctant to check me in, only allowing me in on the dot at 2:00 PM. They are a bit rigid, and management might want to work on having their check in staff be a bit more understanding of their guests' needs. Oh, and the deposit, this is the only hotel so far that I feel has the steepest deposit policy of 2000 baht. It feels like a crazy rule considering other hotels in their tier do not even ask for a deposit. All in all, it is a good hotel since the room itself and the soft mattress are quite to my liking.

“Quiet stay”

Comfy bed, decent shower. The location isn’t great having to cross Pattaya klang to get to central Pattaya.

“Quiet”

October Quiet Good location. Clean. Staff very good.. I stayed a week in a pool view room which was good. I decided to stay another 2 weeks and went in a city view room which was same type of room but it did have a slight damp smell as you walked in unfortunately. The decor seemed ok. Being in the room two minutes I couldn’t smell anything 🙂
