“The hotel you want to come back to”

My first impression at this hotel that it is bigger than any other hotels that was recommended to us. We were expecting that it is going to be a lot smaller given that other hotels have that same impression, however this room is beautiful. The vintage look of the room gives off a Hong Kong Ritsy vibe that appreciates what it feels like living in Hong Kong. The biggest advantage of having this hotel as well is the location of some fancy shopping district as well as the location to the Avenue of stars. Here, the staff are very considerate and are very polite regardless of the language barriers. They understood the work and they do so with 100% customer satisfaction. I could not recommended this more to anyone who loves being close to one of the many Tourist Spots in Hongkong as well as some luxury brands nearby. I would definitely come back and book this hotel again next time I visit!

“Very satisfying accommodation.”

I chose this hotel for a family trip to Hong Kong because of its location, lounge bar access, and breakfast options — and I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a Presidential Suite. It's conveniently close to the ferry for getting to Central and other piers on Hong Kong Island, the MTR station is nearby, the bedding is very comfortable, and the lounge’s fresh fruit juices and the breakfast were delicious. It’s also convenient that it’s directly connected to Harbour City shopping mall.

“Attentive Staff”

Liked: STAFF: I stayed in a Club Room at Marco Polo, which included continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails in the Club Lounge. What stood out most was the staff’s attentiveness. During evening cocktails, one staff member noticed that I kept asking for drinks with very low alcohol content. Without me mentioning my alcohol allergy, he offered a virgin mojito with rum served separately, explaining that he wasn’t sure how much alcohol I could tolerate and wanted me to control the amount. He listened carefully and offered a thoughtful solution without being asked. That level of personal attention made my stay memorable. Well done to the Marco Polo Club Lounge team!
