I treated myself and stayed at Marina Bay Sands for the first time. After arriving early in the morning, I headed straight to the hotel for a pre-check-in and went directly to the pool in the morning. It was great to be able to use the pool while waiting for my room before check-in. I enjoyed my first time at the pool during a less crowded time. Although it is a large hotel, the attentive staff made for a very pleasant stay. I felt that this experience, different from what I see on TV, magazines, or YouTube, will become a valuable memory in the future.
The room was lovely and felt larger than expected. It was a bit disappointing that the TV buttons were hard to press and there were no changing rooms or lockers by the pool. The sauna and gym are a five-minute walk away, but they are clean and easy to use. There is no cold bath. However, the service was really good, the room was beautiful, and the view was excellent, so it was great overall. The restroom was also Japanese-style with a bidet. The amenities were top-notch!
Last month, in August, I stayed for three nights with my family of four. It is a very famous hotel, and we splurged to book three nights, arriving with high expectations, but the experience exceeded all of them. First, during check-in, a Japanese staff member named Junya assisted us, and I was deeply impressed by his kindness, friendliness, and high level of hospitality. We had requested a city view room, and I was delighted that they arranged for us to be on a high floor as much as possible. The room was surprisingly spacious, luxurious, and the view was unbelievably dynamic. Additionally, the room service was very attentive, coming quickly whenever we requested something, and they also cleaned promptly when we went out, but above all, the housekeeper's smile and hospitality were wonderful. The rooftop pool, which I was most looking forward to, was, needless to say, breathtaking. The water temperature of the pool was just right, making it very comfortable and enjoyable. While the price isn't something that can be easily afforded, I would love to stay there again someday.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Our check-in and luggage delivery was very smooth. We were given a complimentary room upgrade. Quality of furnishings and amenities exceeded our expectations. Spread of breakfast was remarkable.
