Marina Premium Beach Hotel & Apartments

Liked: Great location, next to the beaches and reastaurants. Clean apartments. Safe underground parking.

Disliked: A few minor details that didn't ruinl our stay.

Liked: Good location, included parking, kitchen appliances to cook/heat food.

Disliked: First room we were allotted had a strong smoke odor so we requested to change rooms. The reassigned one was better. Someone double parked in front of us, but the property agent quickly located them & had the car moved.

Liked: Polite, helpful and professional staff, excellent location and very comfortable room.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very helpful staff and great location. The room was super clean, many power outlets, AC and comfortable pillows. I extended my stay for two more days. I loved the shower because of the water pressure and it was consistent. The hotel has an arrangement with the restaurant below, so I recommend taking your breakfast there, I was very happy with it every morning. It also has a beach right across the hotel which you can enjoy and it's also clean.

Disliked: When you flysh the WC pushes some water out even though the lid is closed. the water pressure is crazy lol.

Only stayed for two nights but the accommodation was great. Close to the beach although the block of apartments we were in was 2nd line the area up to it was a little run down and littered. Plenty of choice of restaurants and bars.

Disliked: "WARNING: Payment fraud with exchange rates and poor hygiene! Be very careful if you pay by card. Even though my reservation was a fixed price in Euros, the hotel intentionally used a fake exchange rate on their POS terminal (100 Lek for 1 Euro). Because of this hidden trick, I was overcharged by 30 Euros! I have already reported this scam to Booking.com with all bank proofs. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable – the bedsheets were not clean! I highly recommend avoiding this place."

Liked: The hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms feel very fresh, clean, and modern. The furniture, beds, and overall condition of the room were very nice. The location is also excellent and convenient, and our room had a balcony. From a cleanliness and comfort standpoint, the property itself was very good.

Disliked: The biggest issue is that the “Two-Bedroom Suite” description is misleading. Normally, a two-bedroom suite means two bedrooms plus a separate living space. Here, it was essentially two rooms where the living-room furniture had been removed and replaced with additional beds. There was no living area, couch, or even a chair to sit in. I raised this at check-in, but the response was quite short and simply that everything was in the description. Regardless of the details elsewhere in the listing, calling this a two-bedroom “suite” created a very different expectation. There is also essentially no hotel service or amenities. You check in, receive your room information, and that is about it. There isn’t even something as basic as a vending machine. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly—they handled the necessary check-in process but offered little hospitality. Our balcony also faced the rear of the hotel toward an unattractive, somewhat run-down alley area. Finally, at around €100 for the night, I didn’t think the value was particularly good. Based on the room, lack of amenities and service, I would consider something closer to €60 a more appropriate price.

Liked: The location is great and right in the middle of all the action. The car park was underground and nice to have. We had the premium suite which was on the 7th floor with a big balcony. The staff is amazing and friendly.

Disliked: The premium suite had a couple of problems. A cap was missing in the shower and the main is exposed which is unseemly. A light bulb was missing in the kitchen so it was difficult to see in the evening. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell. There is absolutely no where to hang anything in the bathroom. No towel racks no hooks nothing. Absolutely no toiletries are provided make sure to bring your own. No coffee is provided in the room. Bring your own or there are 14 coffee shops surrounding you.
