Hotel is OK. Far from the beach. Shops is also far. Hotel feels like isolated. Maybe it's ok for others but I won't come back here.

Liked: The size of the room was nice. It was good to have a living room and a kitchenette. We really enjoyed the balcony. We also liked the location.

Disliked: We had a big cockroach in the livingroom one night when we came back. The employee at the front desk just gave us repellant spray and told us that is normal. Kitchen could be more clean as the walls.

Liked: I like the pool, and it's affordable.

Disliked: This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The last time I stayed here, they changed the towels every two days. But this time was even worse: I stayed for four days, and they didn't change the towels a single time. When I brought it up, they told me they only change them if you stay at least three nights. Well, I stayed four nights and well over three, and I still didn't get my towels changed once the entire time. Just imagine: you're at a beach resort, and you go three days without a towel change. That is completely unacceptable. What I ended up doing was going down to the pool, seeing a towel cart, and just taking a towel without telling anyone. I know, but I felt like it was totally unreasonable not to let guests change their towels. And on top of that, the staff were really unsupportive.

Liked: The pool area was fantastic we really enjoyed it and the hotel is located in a very quiet area. Definitely recommended for those you would like to visit the northern part of Mallorca but still looking for a quiet place to stay. Price was excellent and the balcony was super.

Liked: The apartment had all we needed, good mattresses, two air conditioners, nice view to the pool. They have also a laundry room, when for 5€ you can wash your things.

Liked: I loved the vegetation this resort has and the beautiful pool. We stayed once before in another place very similar that was right next to the beach, and the apartments were very similar in style. The air con is wonderful! The staff is very friendly. I love that if something is broken, you can tell the staff and they fix it immediately.

Disliked: It's a little walk away from the beach.

Liked: Overall a very pleasant stay, it's a little dated but so am I 😂 it has a very nice pool area, outdoor seating and bar. A few more comfortable seats in this area would be a nice addition. Overall pretty good and I felt relaxed during my stay.

Disliked: A bit basic, some info on how to operate an induction cooker, ok if you have one but took some sorting by me.
