Marriott Stanton South Beach

Liked: Breakfast was very good. The pool area was nice quiet for the first 2 days but got busier. Still no problem finding a sunbed. The Japanese restaurant was excellent, also Lolo’s very different so was a great contrast.

Disliked: As there are 2 pools it would be nice if 1 was adults only as with all the kids in both pools it was impossible to swim.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay and will surely go back again,

Liked: Everithing.

Liked: In short, the hotel is well-located, right across from the beach.

Disliked: I used the hotel's own valet service for my overnight stay and was charged $62. However, upon checking out, I asked the receptionist if my wife and I could spend some more time in the pool area enjoying drinks from the poolside bar; I was told we could stay there at no extra cost. I also asked about the parking and whether there would be any additional fees, and was assured there would be no issues and nothing extra would be charged. After spending a few hours at the pool, we left to catch our return flight. To my unpleasant surprise, however, my credit card was charged $150 instead of the original $62. I am very upset about this charge and would like a refund, given that I had been informed there would be no additional costs.

Disliked: the second bed was terrible. It was not a good experience for my daugther.

Liked: The convenience of location was my top priority.

Disliked: I paid for an ocean view with balcony suite, but what the hotel failed to mention is the balcony for my specific room was only a foot wide. Would not have spent the money at your hotel if I was aware of that before hand.

Liked: Nothing
