Pro: cheap (650 baths) Con: No wifi working correctly. Tried to connect several times, never worked. Can't adjust AC: only ON or OFF! Liked: Very convenient location, if you are going to International Dharma Heritage to spend the night before registration. The staff are very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The condition of the house was not as to be expected from Booking. It was clearly not used for a long time (smell) and was apparently for sale.. Kitchen was not equipped and no gas provided. No toilet paper. No coffee/boiling water facilities. Overpriced given these conditions.

Liked: These are a very friendly guesthouses with great personnel. It seems that when hot spring nearby were working properly, this place was also on the run. Right now some of the hotsprings are abandoned and the place also seem deserted. If you need a place for a night or two, I can recommend this accomodations. If you want to spend a vacation, there's not much to do here.
Liked: It is very close to the Suan Mokkh International monestary. For that reason I can recommend it.
Disliked: I arrived when it was dark, the dogs scared me a little. During the day they were nice, but at night it was scary having free running dogs barking at me
Liked: Overall everything is good, facilities, etc. Very friendly staff
Disliked: At the territory of the hotel there are many dogs sometimes agreessively barking at you. Boiler water at the reception is not always hot.
Liked: Best location for suan mokkh. Great energy here.
