Liked: The room was clean, nice, and quite spacious. We thought the price was reasonable, and the staff were always attentive and happy to help. It was a comfortable stay overall.

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like we expected. Everything worked well, and the price was fair for the quality of the stay. Nothing complicated or disappointing, just a comfortable place that I’d be happy to stay at again.

Liked: The room was clean and tidy, and the elevator made things easier when carrying our bags. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed was there and the price felt fair.

The room is not clean, there are still many hairs scattered and crumpled tissue paper on the floor. The water in the toilet rises slowly. The hot water is not stable. When calling the phone number, they provide support; when pressing the bell, there is almost no response.

Liked: It was good price and hot shower was working after approx 8 minutes of cold water:D

Disliked: Room was not cleaned before, there were cups missing in our room, there was cigarette ash in the room, dirty towels, there was no hair dryer. Quiet noisy street, the windows are broken, cannot close.

The bed is stained, the room is small, the internet is weak, where did the staff go, the soft drinks in the room have expired a long time ago.

Liked: At first, when I checked into the room, I felt it was a bit sticky. However, after I reported it, the staff quickly took care of the issue. I found their service quite good and responsible. I highly appreciate their customer service.
