“Horrible front desk”

The front desk staff is horrible. They only want you to check out as soon as it is 11:am and if you don’t then they act very rude and threaten to vacate. Very bad staff. Every hotel as 12 pm check out and they are wanting the guest to be kicked out soon, no professionalism at all. They also make you wait for 10 -15 minutes after checkout to check if anything is stolen or broken in room by you. Don’t book this hotel

ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK GIRL WHO ONLY WANTS YOU TO CHECK OUT AS SOON AS ITS 11:AM, WHILE EVERY HOTEL HAS 12 NOON CHECKOUT, THESE FRONT DESK PEOPLE KEEPING CALL TO CHECK OUT RIGHT FROM 11:AM VERY BAD STAFF WHO HAD ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! THEY DON'T LIKE THEIR GUESTS AND MAKE REMARKS ON THEM. MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE ACTION.
