Disliked: A young woman at reception who tried to charge us 25 € instead is 22 € which we were told a day before. When confronted she immediately changed her mind and put 22 € pp on the cc machine for me to pay, not honest at all. Mattress was too soft and caused back pain for both me and my wife.

Disliked: I checked in online in advance. I emailed the hotel to ask questions in advance but I didn't get an answer. When I arrived I had to check in again, even though I had done it online. And I had to wait until til 4pm to check in. I was only there for the weekend so we went out to Lunch, I asked to store my bags and the staff asked me to hold on to them, which I pushed back on. And when I was eventually able to check in, I didn't get a room with a sea view. I was told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. In every point for friction, I was made to feel like it was my fault, or there was nothing to be done, and I had to "just suck it up". The guest experience was crap. It’s a massive hotel so they have plenty of volume, from direct bookers and conferences, so they just don't need to give good customer service, as a result. Disappointing
