“Location is great, staff is excellent”
The only thing is that the space between the wall and the bed was so small that it was always a squeeze 🥲 other than that, it was good enough for us.

“The hotel might surprise you”
Stayed 3 nights at this place. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. If you need anything, just ask them, possibly they have it at their disposal. They offer free bicycles. You can also get scooter if you have international driving license. They offer complementary breakfast & dinner. All the item tastes delicious. Hokken Char is a must try. Many places you can visit including but not limited to Armenian Street, Chulia Street are nearby. Would recommend to stay here.

“EVERYTHING IS AWESOMELY NICE AND WORTH IT”
All the services are on top, the staff are really friendly, and the food is really delicious. Tbh i will repeat if iam staying at Penang next time

+++ Staff is really helpfull. Location close to everything Breakfast and diner inclued plus afternoon snack tea coffe. There are 2 bikes, can take mini moto as well. ++ Soundproof is horrible you can hear everything.

Liked: What I liked most was how convenient everything was. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided useful extras like complimentary breakfast, bicycles, and motorbikes. It was easy to get around without spending extra on transportation. A practical choice for anyone looking for an affordable stay.

“Amazing stay. I love Penang”
Liked: I like their style of hospitality. Upon arrival, the gentlemen on their dining area prepared me a welcome drink and gave me a quick tour of their hotel facilities. There was also free breakfast, lunch and dinner meal
Disliked: The servings of the free dinner meal were quite small, more of like taste test but would be great if it was bigger since the food is quite delicious
