Liked: Breakfast was what we expected, lady who served us was very nice. Bathroom was good size with hot water.

Disliked: Room was small and maneuverability was limited.

Liked: I wasn't made available of the continental breakfast... a guest told me about it and showed me what was available...toast/crackers, nutella, coffee and tea that you made yourself. Our room was crawling with little red ants in and out of the bathroom. I told one of the "personnel" people and she said she didn't understand and didn't come back to the room to see. The morning of our departure we didn't have hot water for a shower even though we let it run a little to warm up...nothing. Difficulty paying bill...the link didn't work and they themselves were unsure. There is no pool as shown online and I didn't see a small garden. Also when we arrived we walked for an hour up and down streets looking for the addres and no one (who lived there) knew where it was or had even heard of it. Although the location was near enough to the center of town I was disappointed by the overall experience.

Disliked: Just read the previous statement and I think you will get the idea.

Liked: Very clean and pleasant.

Liked: The location was very convenient. There was a grocery store across the street and a place to wash your clothes close by. It was also an easy walk to the train station. The place had a little kitchen, which was convenient and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The location was perfect for me. I like being where the action takes place. It was a little difficult to find the exact location but only because I was dragging my luggage. i will only use backpacks from now on. Plus, I was abe to see more of the area and eventually, I found multiple ways to get back to my room. Everything was within walking distance. I especially loved the balcony that overlooked the cobblestone street of shops. Great energy!

Disliked: I wish I could travel with the entire room. Seriously, it was perfect and more than met my needs. Very comfortable.

Liked: It was a great stay at the property. The location is very easy to reach and close to the city center The room was clean and the staff very kind

Very cozy 1 room 1 bathroom. Comfy bed and great breakfast options to start day! About 10 min walk to piazza Tasso and 15 min to port. A little hard awkward to walk with luggage but very doable

The place has an excellent location—you’re just a few minutes from downtown and about a 10-minute walk from the train station. It’s cozy, super clean, and very comfortable. The only thing to note is that the swimming pool shown in the photos isn’t on-site; it’s actually about 15 minutes away by bus, which we didn’t feel like taking. Other than that, everything was awesome!
