The location is great. The staffs is polite & friendly The room is big, Aircon is cold. The bathroom is sizeable but stains around the bathtub & water discharge around it is very slow. Towels are rundown too.

“Best hotel service”

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. At that time, it was my birthday and I was given a special surprise—a deluxe king bed room was upgraded to a spacious studio room with a comfy sofa, mini fridge, king bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and great hot water, as well as a wide view of the city on the 14th floor. Even half an hour after I checked in, I was surprised with a birthday cake with the words "happy birthday" and my name on it. It was truly the best experience that I had never felt before in other hotels. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return to the Peninsula Tower Hotel. Thank you.

“Menara peninsula hotel”

Really amazing stay! I really enjoyed the gym here, there was plenty of equipment to choose from and the gym was kept at a good temperature. The breakfast buffet was incredible, there was lots of food to choose from including an egg station. The staff were educational and helpful at the buffet. Reception was often busy and there was wait to be seen. We made a mistake by using the laundry service here. The laundry was over priced and charged per item (we were told but there was a language barrier and a miscommunication). However the clothes were presented well and brought to our hotel room.
