“Very pleasant stay”

Highly recommend. The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. Nothing to complain about the service and the breakfast. I would highly recommend especially if in the area for conference like i was.

“Comfortable hotel. Ideal for visiters at the Messe.”

Overall our stay at Mercure Hotel Hamburg mitte was good. Staffs were kind and the room was clean. Because we were there for sight seeing, we often had to take the bus for half an hour to get into the city central. Other than that it was a pleasant trip.

Liked: Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Good location, with lots of food options nearby.

Disliked: Breakfast was not worth what it cost. If it had not been for convenience while on a work trip, I would have eaten elsewhere.

“It was okay for my stay, but wouldn't go back there.”

Liked: The location is amazing, for the event I was attending. Ensure that evey place is easy to reach and the trains were very accessible.

Disliked: They had difficulty understanding english which meant that communication was tricky. The rooms did not feel very clean esepcially the carpets and the walls in the rooms.
