“Location and service”

This is our first time in London. We choose Mercure Paddington because of location, next to Paddington station where is easy to connect airport train and city train. Service is so good from doorbell to front desk. Breakfast is next restaurant just 2 minutes walk providing a la carte menu plus buffet counter.

“Will come back as staff are fabulous and great location.”

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, great location, quiet, clean. Felt safe in the area as an older solo female traveller.

Disliked: Small rooms but adequate. Breakfast is a short walk away down the street.
