“Fun”

Liked: I take Grab or Maxim to get around. You did not have that as an option. As far as feedback, the experience was great! I prefer the name Belmont. Also, one thing: you should have golf carts like Bluewater Maribago to take you from the main hotel to the infinity pool. This would be much appreciated.

Disliked: refer to above on positive section, I put both together.

“Acceptable”

A malfunctioning telephone was reported to the front desk, but no action was taken to resolve the issue. The toilet flush is also not functioning properly. A staff member came to check and “fix” it, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. We hope these concerns can be addressed promptly, as these are basic facilities that should be in proper working condition.

“Close to the beach, and the stay is comfortable!”

During check-in, the front desk staff's attitude was poor, but the on-site staff was friendly, and their hospitality was very good. The restaurant opens from just after 5 AM. The food is quite suitable for Japanese tastes. The layout and menu of the restaurant also change a little each day, offering a wide variety. The hotel pool's water pressure is low, but there is a dry sauna and a steam sauna. The pool at Mactan Newtown Beach, a 5-minute walk away, is small but has towels available and the beach is beautiful. The housekeeping staff will replenish towels and water if you ask them. However, since it's a Filipino style, they're not very quick. There are supermarkets, 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient. You can also reach downtown using Grab for 300-400 pesos.
