Liked: Awesome location, very easy to go everywhere and very close to restaurants and trasportation. Room could be bigger. Delicious breakfast.

Liked: The location is excellent, across the street from Museo de Prado. Close to everything! The staff was great and the room is very comfortable!
Liked: Unfortunately, it’s difficult to mention anything positive, as I never actually got to stay at the hotel I had booked
Disliked: When I arrived, I was told at reception that the hotel had been overbooked and that they had supposedly been unable to contact me. However, I never received any message, email, or notification. Booking.com also provides a messaging system, but no one contacted me there either. I was exhausted after a long flight, so I quickly agreed to be moved to another hotel. What shocked me was that the alternative room cost €60 more. I was only staying for one night, so I could afford the difference, but what if I had booked a longer stay? This situation was completely unacceptable and handled very poorly.

Disliked: We arrived early on a transatlantic flight. We were charged 40 euro to check in early (10 euro per hour) but were allowed into the room well past the 4th hour. I may end up in Hell but can’t help wondering if this is a moneymaking practice.
Liked: Good location and comfortable beds. Rooms are a good size.
Disliked: The walls are thin, you can hear everyone pass by.
Liked: The room, facilities and staff were all very good and up to the mark.
Disliked: The third bed (sofa converted to a bed) was not comfortable for an adult. The booking mentioned one single bed and a double bed (which again were 2 single beds kept next to each other and kept shifting apart).
Arrived late and the reception open 24 hours and Andrei who serve me are very friendly. Room were comfortable.
