“Facilities so disappointed”
When chk in the bulb in toilet was broken. During stay the power cut off. The maid not fill up the soap. Its empty the first step we chk in. Quite disappointed

“good overall”
Very nice hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

“Great Hotel, Perfect Location Near the Eiffel Tower”
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again in the future! The location is superb, just around a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to the Seine River, which is lovely for a relaxing stroll, as well as train and bus stations, making it very convenient for getting around Paris. The room was a good size, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It has a separate shower and toilet. The toilet area was a little small, but the shower was a good size. It would also be a nice addition if a bidet were available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and approachable throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good selection. Although the breakfast options were the same throughout our 3-day stay. Check-in and check-out were also quick and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

“Our first visit to Paris”
It was our very first trip to Paris and my wife wanted a view; well she got a big one. As soon as we walked right out of our hotel there she was the Eiffel Tower there was no way she would have missed that view. Hôtel was perfect, staff was great and helped us get around and the room was great for what we wanted it for. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

“Location is the best!! But~~~”
The location is absolutely fantastic. You can almost touch the Eiffel Tower! But... not all rooms have an Eiffel Tower view!!! So higher floors actually make things worse — why? During our stay the elevators were horrible!! Even though only one was broken... unbelievable. You should assume you’ll be walking everywhere!!! Breakfast was okay... If the price is right, you can forgive a lot. With older buildings in European historic areas, whatever the operator, the charm makes up for it... that’s why you choose them. Newer buildings offer comfort and a sleek service, which this place is sort of stuck between. Low ceilings, room condition not great — it really feels like a hotel made for package tours. Overall the value isn’t great, but it’s nice that the Eiffel is close!!!

“Ideale ligging”
Overall, one of the best hotel in the surrounding of the Eifel Tower and Sene. The Tower is a must-visit place for anyone travelling to Paris. It is beautiful, romantic, historic, and unforgettable. Whether you visit during the day or at night, the experience is very special and definitely worth it.

“Okay.”
We went for our honeymoon and the reception staff were very friendly, guiding us and responding well to requests, so we felt comfortable. The location has good access to the station and is close to the Eiffel Tower, so it’s great for sightseeing. The only downside is that housekeeping kept opening the door and coming in even while we were in the room. Female guests should definitely use the secondary door lock and keep it engaged.

“Best location in Paris”
This is an unbeatable hotel when it comes to the location. It is right next to the Eiffel Tower. The staff isn’t too welcoming and may not be as courteous. But that’s the price you pay for the location (and the staff knows it)
