“Great location, but room was dirty”

Great location and easy walk to Darling Harbour and Chinatown. However, the room's floor was very dirty. There was a layer of dirt when we wiped down the floor and the carpet was filthy with leftover hairs from a previous occupant.

“It looks like a beautiful and spacious apartment.”

The room was very spacious and clean, too spacious for our family of four. The room was equipped with various kitchen appliances and dishes, and it also had a washing machine and dryer, as well as detergent, so it was great that we could do laundry every day. There was always someone at the front desk to help when we needed assistance. I don't think they understand Japanese. The location was also good, and there was a supermarket very close by, which was convenient.
