“Meriton Suites/Serviced apartments on Dank st Waterloo”
Partner and I had a lovely couple of nights in the newly renovated section. Apartment was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable to be in. Staff were friendly and willing to assist in any way they could. We were promised some chocolates and a bottle of wine which we unfortunately never received however the overall experience was positive and I would highly recommend to other couples or singles really ❤️

“Above average”
Liked: parking was good, Jenny was great, we left a mobile phone in our room which she retrieved and rang us back when found -well done, much appreciated.
Disliked: location of room suite 301. stairs and no lift, reception lacked empathy, directions to room vague. No recommendation for breakfast, meals, No Staff to assist with luggage from car park, or to room which was around the corner.

“Needs some TLC”
You need to up keep the facility so it can be considered positive experience. It would not take lot of money to fresh paint the rooms, provide bed sheets without ball pen writing, patch minor blemishing, remove chipped and mold shower cracks, and least provide fresh towels and daily basis.

“Good Value for Money”
The room is spacious! You can basically do your own meal and also laundry. It’s also close to Coles, and the Bourke St Station in very close!

“Exactly what was required.”
Liked: Location is what was required, suite comfortable.
Disliked: Would have liked to have a direct connection with Foxtel in respect to watching sport as there was no AFL available on Saturday evening on the Seven network stations, not everyone is interested in horse racing that was on from all states around Australia.

“Rooms stink”
Booked three rooms all near next to each other but were given three on different levels. One room couldn’t use cause it smelt like something dead
